When a professional introduces a salon to a new supplier, the introduction is only as strong as what stands behind it. A salon that changes supply is trusting the recommendation with its own clients' results. That is why the most valuable partner in a referral relationship is the party that actually produces and ships the hair — the manufacturer.

SACH & Vogue Hair manufactures and exports professional human hair extensions from Türkiye. Our Independent Sales Partner programme is designed for professionals who develop salon and specialist relationships in their own markets, with the production and commercial machinery held directly by us.

The division of responsibility

The partnership is structured around a clear separation of roles.

The partner develops the market: identifying credible salons and hair professionals, opening the relationship, and making the introduction with confidence.

SACH & Vogue Hair operates as the backbone behind that introduction. We provide product consultation, professional quotations, order processing and customer payment; we handle professional human hair extension production and custom order preparation where required; and we manage international shipping and ongoing customer service. The partner carries no inventory, no invoicing and no fulfilment obligation.

This structure is what allows a partnership to operate across borders. The salon works with a genuine production source, and the partner is not exposed to freight, customs handling or stock risk.

How attribution is recorded

A referred salon must be registered with SACH & Vogue Hair before its first order. We then confirm whether the business is already a customer or an active lead. If it is new, the account is registered internally under the referring partner. The check protects the integrity of the programme for everyone in it, so credit reflects genuine introductions.

The commission relationship

Once an account is attributed, the partner earns 10% of qualifying net product sales. That relationship is held for 12 months from the referred customer's first order, which means it recognises not only the initial order but also qualifying repeat product orders placed within the attribution period.

The 12-month window reflects how professional supply relationships mature. Salons rarely commit their full extension purchasing on a first order; they assess quality and consistency before they scale. Attributing repeat orders across a defined period recognises the partner's role in establishing a relationship that grows, rather than paying for a single transaction — while remaining a defined term, not a lifetime entitlement.

Commission is calculated on product value only; shipping, customs duties, taxes, refunds and other non-product costs are excluded. Qualifying amounts are accumulated and calculated monthly and can be settled as a single consolidated monthly payment, subject to the agreed partnership terms.

A long-term, transparent B2B relationship

This is a professional cooperation, not an affiliate arrangement. Partners are reviewed before approval, and acceptance is not automatic. Being an Independent Sales Partner does not constitute employment, agency, an exclusive territory, or authority to enter commitments on behalf of SACH & Vogue Hair; final terms are set out in the partnership agreement. Within that framework, the intention is straightforward: to build durable relationships between capable market developers and a manufacturer that can stand behind every order they introduce.
