How to Place Your Custom Hair Extension Order

Use colour-ring codes where possible rather than describing the order only as “blonde” or “balayage”. Define the root, mid-lengths and ends separately. If you want a blend of shades, include your preferred ratio; if you are unsure, discuss it with our team.

• Root colour and root-shadow length

• Where you want the transition to begin
• Whether lighter strands should be fine, defined or more prominent
• Any preferred colour-blend ratio

The examples below come from the supplied visual guide. They show how to describe an order and are not colour recommendations for your own hair.

3. Confirm the product, length and quantity

• Extension system: specify the product, such as Tape-In, keratin tips, Genius Weft, Machine Weft or Clip-In.
• Length: specify centimetres or inches.
• Quantity: state the total weight and, where relevant, the number of packs, pieces or strands.
• Hair finish: tell us whether you want straight, wavy or curly hair.
• Technical details: include tape width, keratin-tip type or a specific piece layout where needed.
• Delivery: provide the country and city, and any date you need the order by.

List each product or colour separately if your order has several items. For salon, distributor or private label orders, include your business name and any packaging request. If you do not know the weight needed, say so rather than choosing an amount at random.

4. Share a reference image

A reference image is optional. If you send photos, use natural daylight without filters or flash, and show the roots, mid-lengths and ends. Explain which colour or effect you want us to use as the reference.

Lighting, cameras and phone screens can change how a colour appears. A photograph alone cannot establish an exact colour match. Discuss a physical colour ring or sample with our team for a more controlled review.

5. Check the order details

• We review the colour, placement, method, length and weight together.
• Price, production time, payment and delivery details are confirmed for your specific request.
• Check that each item is described correctly in the order and proforma invoice.
• If you are referring to a previous order, include its reference and the details you want to keep.

Sending a WhatsApp message or form enquiry does not mean the order has been confirmed. The order details must first be agreed with our team.
